ONE CELL, SIX CURRENT FARADIC BATTERY
This instrument is designed especially for the use of Physicians who desire a compact yet first-class Battery when visiting patients, or for the use of patients in their home. The coil is made in three sections, one primary and two secondary, which enables the operator to obtain six ditinct currents, as follows:

Posts 1 and 2 are the primary.................................................................... mildest current
Posts 3 and 4 are the 2d secondary......................................................2d stronger current
Posts 2 and 3 are the 1st secondary.....................................................3d stronger current
Posts 2 and 4 are the entire secondary..............................................4th stronger current
Posts 1 and 3 are the primary and 1st secondary and 1st secondary...5th stronger current
Posts 1 and 4 are the entire coil.........................................................6th and strongest current

Best results are obtained in treatment by using currents as follows:

For Muscular Contractions use current from Posts 1 and 2
For Paralysis and Artificial Respirations use currents from Posts 1 and 3 or 1 and 4
To relieve Pains use currents from Posts 3 and 4, 2 and 3, or 2 and 4.

TO USE BATTERY. Select current, place cord tips in front Posts, connect sponge or metal hundles to cords and turn on switch on left hand side. The strenth of each current is increased by withdrawing the metal tube from coil. The sponge must be well moist when being used.
